- All of Laurence's resources, time, and energy are devoted exclusively to the optimization of the academic, social, and overall development of elementary-school-aged children.
- Children don’t grow up too fast. Laurence's elementary school environment allows them to experience age-appropriate activities and events, without the influence and pressure of middle-school and high school students.
- A fresh start in 7th grade is a positive experience. Keeping children in a consistent and familial educational environment through the elementary school years is ideal. As they approach their teen years, however, it is healthy for children to experience the change of venue, new friends, and challenges encountered in middle school and high school. Because Laurence ends in the 6th Grade, all of our graduates leave together offering support to one another. By this time, students are eager for new friendships and experiences that support their individual interests and talents. Laurence students are well prepared to make smooth and confident transitions into secondary school.
