School Lunch Program Provided by Hero Eats

We are excited to announce that for the 2022-2023 school year, our lunch program will be provided by Hero Eats (formerly TotPot for those who are familiar). Hero Eats offers kid-friendly meals made with fresh, wholesome, and organic ingredients. Hero Eats can accommodate most dietary restrictions, as well. Below are instructions for creating an account and ordering. Ordering and menus will be available soon!

 

Getting Started:

1. Go to heroeats.co (not .com) and click on “Order Now”

2. Click on “Create an Account” and use the password: Valley27 (a one-time security password, you will be prompted to create your own during the signup process)

3. Follow the prompts asking you to enter your account information, then click on “Submit.”

4. Enter information for each student, then select your Classroom (“Laurence School, Grade #”), and “Add Profile”; repeat this step for each of your children.

5. Click on “I’m Done” and then sign in (please note that your username and password are case sensitive).

6. You’re now ready to begin ordering!

Menus, Pricing, and Ordering Information:

• Menus are posted monthly.

• Pricing: Each meal includes an entrée, side and snack. Choose up to four combinations with the side and snack options. 

  • Regular: $9.95

  • Large: $10.95

• Ordering Deadlines: Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance; i.e., if you need lunch for a Wednesday, it must be placed by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Hero Eats encourages you to order your lunches monthly, but you may also order weekly or daily.

• Late orders will be accepted if Hero Eats is able to accommodate them. If you forgot to place your order at least 24 hours in advance, please call (310) 692-9641 or email as soon as possible. A $2.00 late fee will apply.

• Missed Lunches: A partial 50% refund will be issued due to illness only if you notify Hero Eats by phone or email by 7:00 a.m. on the day of service.
