Important Information about the Halloween Carnival
Important Information about the Halloween Carnival

We look forward to celebrating our annual Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 26th. The following notes will help the day run smoothly for all:

COSTUMES

Please have your children wear their costumes to school in the morning. Costumes should be appropriate for young children - not too frightening or violent. In addition, costumes should not be culturally insensitive or perpetuate racial or cultural stereotypes. Toy weapons are not allowed on campus.

PARKING

Please consider ride sharing to the carnival, we will once again offer our carpool raffle for families that drive together or use a car service!

Self-parking will be available on city streets in the neighborhood (please check all posted signs). Do NOT park in the Tequila's Restaurant or the Valley Thrift lots as car parked in these areas WILL BE TOWED by the local business owners.

There will be limited parking spaces in Laurence School lots on a first come-first served basis beginning at 12:10 p.m. Cars parked in campus lots may not be able to exit the lots during carpool/bus times. Please plan accordingly, as it may be 2:20 p.m. before the lots open.

BUS

There will be afternoon bus service on Friday, October 26th; please email Sarah Levine no later than October 24th at 5:00 p.m. if your child will be taking the bus home from the carnival.
