Our alumni carry Laurence with them long after they graduate. A lifelong love of learning built here on our beautiful campus becomes a lasting connection to a school that helped shape who they are. That sense of belonging is part of what makes Laurence so special. It’s a family that lasts.

We are proud to stay closely connected to our alumni in meaningful ways. Each summer, many former students return to campus through Laurence Summer Camp to work as Counselors and CITs. These hands-on roles give alumni the opportunity to mentor younger students, take on real responsibility, and develop leadership skills in a familiar and supportive environment. For many, it’s a full-circle experience that allows them to give back to the community that helped shape them.

Our alumni are artists, athletes, scientists, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and leaders. They pursue a wide range of paths, but they share a common foundation rooted in curiosity, kindness, and confidence. The values learned at Laurence continue to guide them as they grow and explore the world.

Being a Laurence alum means carrying forward a love of learning and a community that values connection, character, and care. Wherever life takes them, Laurence remains and important part of their journey.

Laurence Summer Camp: Counselor and CIT Program

Laurence Summer Camp offers alumni meaningful ways to stay connected through employment and leadership opportunities. As Counselors and Counselors in Training, alumni work directly with younger students, support daily camp activities, and build skills in teamwork, communication, and responsibility. These roles allow alumni to return to campus in a new capacity while continuing to grow as leaders.

Laurence Chess Mates Show Sharp Strategy at West Hills Winter Chess Fest

Our Chess Mates kicked off the new year at the 2026 Winter Chess Fest in West Hills, CA. Eight players took on five rounds of competitive play, showcasing focus, resilience, and strong sportsmanship, with two students earning standout recognition for their perseverance and steady play.

Games Under the Lights was an unforgettable evening of school spirit, as our boys and girls Lightning football teams earned victories and brought home both the Golden and Diamond Buckets. With energizing performances from Cheer Squad and Pep Band and a packed crowd cheering them on, the night was a true celebration of Laurence pride!
