I've Known Rivers, by Langston Hughes.  This beautiful poem is read and discussed by the author (it's an audio file, with written text).  Approximately 4th grade and up.

The official food pyramid from the government.   This is an interactive pyramid, but it is organized differently from the pyramid we are using at school.  The different food groups are organized by columns instead of rows.
